In their words
I can quickly identify the properties that aren't performing well and assess whether it's worth keeping them under management.

Before Operent, I ran all of my management on spreadsheets. I could track how much profit each property was making and get an overview of the month, but I was missing a very important piece of information: truly understanding the margin of each property.
I couldn't clearly see which apartment was giving me a lower margin, which one might be losing money and which ones were really bringing a better return to my business.
With Operent, that changed a lot. Today I have a much clearer view of the operation and I can make decisions with much more confidence. I can quickly identify the properties that aren't performing well and assess whether it's worth keeping them under management, and I can also see the ones with a good margin and understand where there's still room to improve results.
For me, the biggest gain was exactly that clarity. Operent turned numbers that used to be scattered across spreadsheets into information that genuinely helps me manage my properties better and make smarter decisions day to day.

Who you'll meet
Fabiano Gobbi
Founder of Operent · host and co-host in Vitória, Brazil
“I used to close the month in a spreadsheet and never really knew how much each property had left. I built Operent to fix that in my own operation, and now I want to bring it to everyone facing the same problem.”
