Questions about early access

Is Operent early access free?

Yes. The first invited users will be able to use the initial version of Operent for free during the validation period.

Is early access a real product?

Yes. Early access will be released as a real and controlled version of Operent. At this stage, bookings, income and expenses are entered manually.

Does Operent integrate with PMS (Property Management Systems) software?

At this early access stage, entries are manual. Integrations and automations with property management systems (PMS) will be prioritized according to feedback and demand from early users.

How does Operent differentiate financial management by cash basis and accrual basis?

The cash view helps control daily financial flow. The accrual view helps you understand which period the result actually belongs to, which is essential for organizing receipts, stays and payouts that happen in different months.

What are allocation centers in Operent and how do they help financial management?

They are intelligent structures for organizing revenue, expenses, adjustments and payouts by area of the operation. With them, you can track each property, project, owner or business unit separately, keeping the result clear.

When I add a property, do I need to manually create an allocation center?

No. When you add a property, Operent automatically creates an allocation center for it.

Can I create projects and business units?

Yes. You can create projects linked to properties, such as renovations or maintenance, and also independent business units, such as laundry, airport pickup, marketing or extra services.

Will I get a special condition after early access?

Active early access participants will receive a special condition when plans are launched. Details will be shared before the public release.
