Questions about early access
Plans and pricing are still being defined and will be published here, on the Plans page. The first 26 approved companies that activate their access will get 50% off list price.
The discount applies to the first 26 approved companies that activate their access. The spot and the benefit belong to the company registered in Operent, not to each user, property, or listing: the whole team shares the same spot. Activating free access is not the same as subscribing to a paid plan. When the company subscribes to a plan, it gets 50% off list price for as long as the subscription remains active. If the subscription ends, the benefit ends too, and a new subscription does not bring it back.
Bookings can be entered manually, imported from a spreadsheet (using the Operent template, all at once) or come in through email-forwarding import, with no direct connection to your Airbnb account. For email forwarding, you link each Airbnb listing to its property and create a rule in Gmail or Outlook that forwards Airbnb messages to a dedicated Operent address. Only booking confirmation emails for linked listings become bookings. Payment, cancellation, and payout emails are not recorded this way, and Operent does not access your Airbnb account or your inbox. In corporate Outlook accounts, the administrator may block external forwarding. The management fee is calculated automatically from each booking. One-off expenses are entered manually, and recurring ones are scheduled once and confirmed when due.
Not yet. At this stage, bookings are entered manually, imported from a spreadsheet or come in through email-forwarding import from Airbnb. Integrations with property management systems (PMS) and other channels will be prioritized based on feedback and demand from our first users.
